Milan Polymer Days International congress– MIPOL2022

From 19 to 21 June 2022 the 6th edition of the Milan Polymer Days - MIPOL2022 International Congress will take place in hybrid form in the Auditorium of the University of Milan. The congress, organized by the Department of Chemistry of the University of Milan, is open to contributions in all areas of polymer science and technology.

The first day of the congress, June 19, will be entirely dedicated to the poster session, consisting in a general discussion of poster communications conducted remotely using the MS TEAMS platform. Authors will be given 15 minutes for presenting their research results and answering questions from the audience.

The oral presentations will take place in person on 20 and 21 June and will be broadcast in live streaming. Participants from 10 different countries are expected.

 

The scientific program of MIPOL2022 includes contributions dealing with:

- complex polymeric architectures

- polymers from renewable resources

- recycling of plastic materials

- biodegradable polymers

- microplastics

- polymers for medicine

- polymeric nanocomposites

- processing of polymers

- polymers for the conservation of cultural heritage

 

Three prizes will be reserved for young researchers for the best poster communications. These will be awarded by an international jury made up of seven experts in polymer science. The names of the award winners will be announced at the end of the congress.
