The commission has the general objectives:

• Preparation of the Three-Year Recruiting Program
• Resources distribution

 In particular, it deals with gathering the needs of the different disciplinary areas, for didactic and scientific needs, in view of the harmonic development of the Department.

Periodically, it prepares an updates the parameters chosen for the distribution of resources, as well as it submits suggestions and indications to the Department Council for funding proposals for educational, scientific or departmental utility projects.
